Tim Klashke was born and raised in eastern Washington and is a longtime resident of Richland, WA. He graduated from Washington State University and obtained his law degree in 1990 from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University). Prior to joining EHD in an Of Counsel role, Tim was a partner in the Pasco, WA, law firm of Kuffel, Hultgrenn, Klashke, Shea & Ellerd. Tim’s practice areas focus on Business Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Probate, with experience in General Civil Litigation and appellate court appeals related to those areas. Clients find Tim easy to talk to, and his calm, personable, and professional demeanor puts you at ease. With 30+ years of practice experience, Tim’s priority is finding the best solution for each client.
On his days away from the office, you can find Tim and wife Janelle cheering on the WSU Cougars, boating on the Columbia River, and enjoying time at their mountain cabin snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, paddle-boarding and exploring in their UTV.
