In a world where most attorneys rarely see a trial, Brian Hultgrenn has seen it all in his 20 years of jury trial experience. As a deputy prosecutor in both Franklin and Benton Counties he has tried cases involving everything from homicides to sexual assault cases, to domestic violence, to everything in between. He has dealt with arguments involving self-defense, diminished capacity, intoxication, and even temporary insanity. This experience has taught him that fierce advocacy coupled with organization and preparation get results in the courtroom.
Allegations of criminal conduct can be a unique time of crisis in a person’s life. Making the right decision during these times will have long lasting effects on a person’s future.
